Floor preparations are an essential part of the floor application process. Our first step is to determine if a project needs floor preparations and if so what type and how much. We achieve this through an on-site survey to determine the quality of the sub-floor allowing us to advise you the most effective plan within your budget.

sub-floor preparations maybe required if the sub-floor is pitted/damaged and uneven or has been prone to damp in the past. We use a number of products to rectify these problems including screeds for levelling and filling and DPM’S (Damp proof membrane) to prevent damp rising through the sub-floor into the flooring above.
